These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PROFIT POWERHOUSE ("we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Washington, United States. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Affiliate Navigator AI is a software service that helps users learn about and grow their affiliate marketing efforts. The features available to you may change over time as we improve the product.

2. Your Account

You need an account to use most features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password safe, and let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

Please use the service respectfully. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to break it, scrape it, resell access, use it for anything illegal, or upload content that infringes on someone else's rights. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

Some plans require a paid subscription. We offer a short free trial on paid plans, and your payment method will be charged at the trial's end unless you cancel beforehand. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

5. Refunds

Because the service is digital and access is immediate, we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If something has gone wrong, please email us at info@profitpowerhouse.net and we will do our best to make it right.

6. Promotional Codes

We may offer promotional codes from time to time. Codes are subject to their own terms, including expiration dates and redemption limits, and may not be combined unless we say so.

7. Content and Educational Information

Affiliate Navigator AI may provide educational content, suggestions, and AI-generated guidance. This is for informational purposes only and is not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort. We do not guarantee any specific income or outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, design, and content we create, is owned by PROFIT POWERHOUSE LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Anything you create using the service belongs to you, but you grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to run the service for you.

9. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties such as Stripe for payments, Supabase for backend infrastructure, and AI providers for generation features. Their handling of your information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PROFIT POWERHOUSE and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe pose a risk to other users or to the service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are significant, we will let you know by email or through the service. Continued use after the changes means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
